Designing how a building works.

Heating, cooling, ventilation and air treatment all contribute to the operation of a building. ENGI.S designs these systems in relation to the spaces they serve, operating conditions and their integration with the other disciplines.

The published projects include healthcare building services, central plant and work on existing buildings. Individual project pages describe the systems specified, from heat pumps and mechanical ventilation to chiller plant refurbishment. Comfort, efficiency and continuity of service are requirements to be coordinated within the design.
